We promise deliveries across all 7 days in the week between 10am and 9pm. Each delivery will arrive with your meat individually packed and delivered in a refrigerated van, ensuring your meat is as fresh as possible.
Please note, orders made for same day delivery must be ordered no later than 7pm Monday – Saturday and no later than 4pm on Sundays.
During busy periods, delivery times may fluctuate however we will endeavour to delivery your order asap.

NATIONWIDE NEXT DAY DELIVERY
We dispatch orders between Monday and Friday for next day delivery. We, therefore, provide deliveries between Tuesday all the way through to Saturday. Each delivery will arrive with your meat individually vacuum packed and delivered with gel ice packs, ensuring your meat is as fresh as possible.
Please note, if you would like your order to be received the following day, you must place your order by 3pm the previous day.
Delivery service indicated below:
- Orders placed on Monday before 3pm: Delivered on Tuesday
- Orders placed on Tuesday before 3pm: Delivered on Wednesday
- Orders placed on Wednesday before 3pm: Delivered on Thursday
- Orders placed on Thursday before 3pm: Delivered on Friday
- Orders placed on Friday before 3pm: Delivered on Saturday
- Orders placed on Saturday anytime: Delivered on Tuesday
- Orders placed on Sunday anytime: Delivered on Tuesday
*Any orders placed after 3pm Monday – Friday will be dispatched the following day for delivery the next working day.

DELIVERY CONCERNS
The customer must ensure the order is accepted at the time of the delivery. If an order was made and has failed to deliver due to there being no one present at home, the responsibility falls with the customer. No claims can be made against The Halal Butchery, respectfully.
Additionally, any complaints regarding the quality of meat must be raised within one hour of the delivery being made. Any complaints about meat quality can only be investigated once the item(s) in question have been returned for inspection. The cost of returning the item(s) is not covered by THB, so you will incur any costs associated with returning the item(s). Any item(s) not returned and/or disposed will not be covered under our 100% satisfaction guarantee.
All complaints need to be emailed to liveorders@thehalalbutchery.com within 1 hour of delivery with photo evidence.
