* You must contact THB within 60mins of your order being delivered.
* ⁠customer must ensure meat is returned with fresh ice packs during transportation
* ⁠customer must cover the postage fee for next day tracked delivery and provide the tracking details. If the parcel is not received within 24hrs of dispatch, a refund cannot be issued.
* ⁠photo evidence of our meat products in packaging must be provided
* ⁠items must be returned complete, correct weight and in original, undamaged, packaging.
